Riverwalk at Studio City is a thoughtful enhancement of the Ventura Boulevard Corridor, bringing needed housing, retail, and parking to Studio City. In addition, Riverwalk at Studio City will provide open spaces and pathways to link Ventura Boulevard to the Los Angeles River.

Riverwalk at Studio City will include three seven-story buildings with 814 residential apartment units, including 46 affordable units, and approximately 76,000 square feet of commercial uses. The Project will include 1,806 parking spaces, exceeding municipal code parking requirements.
The Project’s main vehicular access to the parking garage will be through a new signalized entry on Ventura Boulevard. One additional driveway will be provided on Ventura Boulevard on the western side of the project for future residents. Two driveway access points will also be provided on Valleyheart Drive. This design will replace the current six driveways existing on Ventura Boulevard to streamline and distribute traffic.
